What does the DaStaCo® II DigiTegra Controller do
The intelligent DaStaCo® II DigiTegra controller regulates the following 3 functions:
1. Flow Control
This allows the owner to regulate the flow speed of the metering pump in order to be able to regulate the DaStaCo® II extremely precisely and in a stable balance of lime consumption
2. Co² Control
With this, the DaStaCo® II regulates the Co² supply completely automatically depending on the need for the DaStaCo® II, and adjusts it automatically when the water flow is increased/decreased. The DigiTegra controller replaces the pH controller and a pH probe, so unnecessary calibration at regular times is no longer necessary.
3. Alarm Control
The DaStaCo® II DigiTegra controller monitors whether the Co² bottle is empty and has to be refilled. In this case, the Co² solenoid valve is automatically closed (otherwise this would be senselessly activated since no more Co² arrives in the reactor). The owner is informed of this by an LED message and an acoustic signal.
