XEPTA Reef Balance
It comes in three already mixed containers and ready for dissolution and usage. Being a balanced system means we must maintain a relation among the addition of the different components as follows, three portions of the Kh Part balance for one portion of Ca Part balance and one portion of Trace Part balance. This is essential for additives to function correctly. You can consult our guide where we have several examples.
XEPTA Reef Balance Kh Part
Replenishes carbonates consumption increasing or maintaining constant the value of ºdKh in the aquarium. To prepare, pour the contents into a container with 2 liters of osmosis water preheated to about 40-50 ° C, and while we stir add more preheated osmosis water up to the total volume of 6 liters.
Content: Sales carbonate.
35ml of this solution increases the degree of KH in dKH 1 in a volume of 100 liters of aquarium water.
XEPTA Reef Balance Ca Part
Increases and maintains the correct level of calcium in the reef aquarium. Dissolve with caution as it reacts exothermically heat when in contact with water. For dilution is not convenient to use plastic containers. Dilute the contents gradually and in several steps in a clean container, stirring until completely dissolved. After cooling transfer the content to its final packaging and complete up to the total volume of 2 liter.
Content: Salts of calcium and other salts.
10ml of this solution increases the level of Ca in 6 ppm in a volume of 100 liter aquarium water.
XEPTA Reef Balance Trace Part
It maintains the correct level of magnesium and brings trace salts to the reef aquarium balancing the proportions of dissolved salts. Do not use to raise the value of Mg, for this purpose you can use our magnesium additive. Dilute the contents in a container with osmosis water stirring the mixture up to a total volume of 1 liter. A brown / ocher coloring in the content before and after dissolving it is completely normal.
Content: magnesium salts and other salts.
