Zeolith plus is an absolutely physical-pure zeolite with a high clinoptilolith rate without any chemical additions or colorings.
Zeolith is a natural microporose rock of volcanic origin. The crystal grids of the Zeolithe exist of SiO4- and AlO4- tetrahedra. Besides, there originates a complicated spatial arrangement of regular hollow cavities.
The most excellent quality of Zeolith plus is his high adsorbency. Many pollutants are reduced. Ammonia and ammonium are bound reliably. By this removal of the first step of the nitrification chain it is bent forward to the formation of nitrite and with it also an enrichment of nitrate in the aquarium water.
