Because of the large surface area of the media (media dimensions 1-2mm) the brand new Deltec ZA Zeolite reactors should manage bigger systems than defined as a result of large surface area utilizing the little grain fluidised Zeolite press as much as x2 the proposed system dimensions! Characteristics
The Zeolite utilized in traditional Zeolite reactors must be manually agitated many times every day. The agitation from the Deltec reactor happens automatically via the DC pump and timer (the timer isn’t included). The frequency of this agitation could be chosen and evenly dispersed during a 24 hours interval.
The reactor works on the fluidization principle, with much finer grain Zeolite. This provides a far larger effective surface area leading to much more efficient adsorption. There’s not any channeling impact as is normal with standard Zeolite reactors, self-cleaning, no buildup of sediments within the reactor.
