ATI® ICP Element Sulfur
High-purity powder for increasing the sulfur concentration of individual elements in reef aquariums. Ideal for compensating for element deficiencies and for providing a daily supply of elements.
Dosage:
- 1 g per 100 litres increases the sulphur content by 2.25 mg/l.
- One level scoop contains approximately 22.5 grams and thus increases the sulphur content by approximately 50 mg/100 l.
- Increase the dosage by a maximum of 100 mg/l sulphur (44.5 g/100 l) per day.
- The can contains 112,500 mg of sulfur.
Symptoms of low sulfur levels:
Limited formation of sulfur-containing amino acids leads to retarded growth and weakening of supporting structures (particularly soft corals and gorgonians).
Causes of low sulfur levels:
- Common: Ca/KH supply system without sulphur ion balance.
- Too little sulphur in the sea salt used.
