Aquatic Nature Nitrate Stop M
In many marine aquariums the nitrate value (NO3) is too high.
Various causes are the basis for this problem, including the use of tap water, too much feeding, low water changes, not filtering over activated carbon (acid crops), which causes an accumulation of organic substances etc?
All this usually leads to a nitrate level that far exceeds the ideal values of 15 to 20 mg / liter.
Lower animals such as leather corals, stony corals and baptismal shells require a certain amount of nitrate, but 30 mg / liter and more must be avoided, since undesirable algal growth can occur and cores tissue structure is disturbed.
You can use the NO3 test from Aquatic Nature to determine the nitrate values.
Measure regularly with a minimum of 1x per month.
Aquatic Nature Nitrate Stop M Seawater effectively absorbs nitrate from the aquarium.
It is recommended to first filter over Carbo Marine for a week, thus incorporating the organic substances and granting a faster action to the Nitrat Stop M.
Rinse Nitrat Stop M with seawater (2.5L for the 300ml and 5L for the 600ml Nitrat Stop M) and place the product in the filter of the filter and ensure that the best possible flow of the Nitrate Stop M takes place.
Reduce the amount of food, when using frozen food, first defrost the food, then rinse and feed your fish without water.
